At Work in the Distillery

The making of any distilled alcohol is a fairly simple process. It's based upon simple, unchangeable laws of physics.  However, it is still a time-consuming and careful process as well.

One of the main ingredients in creating the "mash," that eventually gets distilled, is yeast.  And just like making bread, too much or too little can ruin the whole thing.  That's why every day at Doom Forest Distillery, this process is carefully hand done.

Here we have a quick glimpse of Forest Chadwick going through the relatively simple, yet crucial step of mixing together the yeast, water, and other key ingredients.
