The New Still

100 gallon, artisanal still.

     The front door to the cabin is a tight squeeze, but big enough.  The issue is the connecting door from the cabin to the distillery.  

     All of the original batches of Chadwick's Craft Spirits were distilled using a relatively small, 100 gallon still.  As production has grown though, the need for a second, bigger still has become obvious.  Not so obvious is how to actually get the new still inside the Distillery.

     Problem solved.  With the door and hinges taken off, the still will just make it through.  Stay tuned for more pictures when the new still is finally in place and up and running!
