The work continues...

     The weather in Pittston, Maine is brisk 21 degrees outside.  But inside the Chadwick's cabin, heated entirely by a cast-iron wood stove, it's rather comfortable indeed.  Here we are able to get a glimpse of Forest Chadwick hard at work transferring crystal clear, triple distilled alcohol from a number of glass carboys to a large, white oak barrel for aging.
